Welcome to Nucell Bioscience. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they govern your access to and use of the Nucell Bioscience website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.
Eligibility

Use of Services
All products and Services provided by Nucell Bioscience are intended strictly for research and development purposes only. Products are not for personal use or human or veterinary consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You agree to use our Services and products in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Nucell Bioscience reserves the right to refuse service, limit access, or cancel orders if we reasonably believe a customer is violating these Terms or applicable regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, and proprietary materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Nucell Bioscience and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
Orders and Payments
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases and account activities conducted through the Services. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating your account and payment information to ensure successful processing and communication.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and applicable regulatory considerations, all sales are final.
Nucell Bioscience does not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow order cancellations once an order has been placed, regardless of delivery status.
Delivered Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Nucell Bioscience is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or similar delivery locations.
No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors
In the event of a verified Nucell Bioscience fulfillment or shipping error—such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit prior to delivery—customers must notify Nucell Bioscience within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.
This reporting window is strictly enforced. Claims submitted outside this timeframe will be denied without exception.
Required Documentation for Claims
All claims must include complete and verifiable documentation, including:
A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened
Clear photos of the external packaging
Clear photos of the package contents
Clear photos of the packing slip included with the order
Claims submitted without all required documentation will be denied.
Resolution
Upon confirmation of an eligible fulfillment or shipping error caused by Nucell Bioscience, we may, at our sole discretion, reship the affected items.
Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed and will not be issued for delivered, refused, or stolen packages.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks submitted for delivered, refused, or stolen packages will be formally disputed using carrier delivery confirmation, shipment records, and the customer’s acceptance of these Terms.
Communications Consent
By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you consent to receive communications from Nucell Bioscience, including transactional, operational, support-related, and marketing communications via email, SMS/text message, or other electronic means.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You acknowledge that consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or replying STOP to SMS messages.
Transactional and service-related communications (including order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, and support responses) may continue as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nucell Bioscience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
Changes to These Terms
Nucell Bioscience reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
